These are the updated results with the MacDuff's added. Also Marsha pointed out that the strength/toning/stretching points are not limited to 1 point per day on the rule sheet. So what do you all think? Should we limit that to a point per day or a certain number of points per week? I just assumed I had listed 1 point per day out to the side because one of the original contests that we got this from had done that. I am open to any suggestions?

I'm toning up a storm, then!!!! There probably should be some sort of cap on it, but I don't think anyone would honestly tone for 3 hours a day, every day and live to tell the story, so it should be o.k.
Why should there be a limit on toning and stretching? If there needs to be a limit, why don't we just say no more than 14 points per week like the cardio points?
Putting a limit on it seems counterproductive. What's the reason for the limit? If there is a limit, it should probably be 3 per day since that would be an hour. We're allowed to count an hour of cardio per day.
I think the reason for the limit was to discourage exercise binges that would not be healthy. The whole point is to adopt a healthy life style. Since I can barely do 1/2 hour of cardio, I have little experience with the upper limits of exercise. Shar, call me and we will talk it over.
