1/2 Points
I was questioned about my use of 1/2 points. I have only been using them for exercise, for example 45 minutes of jogging or 30 minutes of weight lifting. I wouldn't use them for eating 2 1/2 servings of fruits and veggies, or for sleeping 3 1/2 hours, or for drinking 24 ounces of water. To me those are all-or-nothing situations. Hope that works for everyone.

We never intended the cardio to be 1 point per day. The way you are scoring is great. Thanks for the clarification; it should help others. I just wish I was in shape enough to do more than 30 minutes more often. I tried to do 60 min. one day last week and I about died.
You are my idol...I am dying at the 30 min. and admire you're dedication.
All this talk about dying isn't comforting....... Slow and steady, everyone! I was in the same boat one year ago, after Nolan. Hadn't done cardio for 2 years. I was able to do consistent cardio starting this last February. Now, I do 4 days a week. After about 2 or 3 mos of consistency, I'm surprised how much I can do and how effortless things feel compared to just a few months ago....Shelley
