Thanks for the wish of happy exercising. I'm so sore this week I don't think my exercising has been very happy. I would like to purchase some pain free fitness. Can Joseph Pilates help me with that?
Now that would be heaven...pain free fitness...I'm looking for that (maybe that is the reason for my current state of fitness?)
