Let's get started...

Welcome Everyone!


I hope you are enjoying a sugary treat today, because tomorrow we begin.

Here are the teams we came up with. The first person listed is the team captain. (I don’t know why or what that means, but they are the old ones on the team since Mom is getting younger.) You will have to decide a team name during this week and get it to me for our first official posting.

We decided on one rule change since I posted them below, you can earn up to two points per day for each 20 minutes of toning, stretching and weight training.

Team 1: Rick, Bev, Lindsay, Dave W., Natalie, Shala
Team 2: Mary Ann, Jim, Kris, Deb, Mike M., Mom, Amy
Team 3: Shar, Mike W., Marsha, Jamie, Shelley, Caleb

We will average your team totals each week and keep running individual totals. I expect an email or text from each of you every Monday.
