Healthy Habits Anyone?

Here we are at the end of Week 6. It's time to pat yourself on the back. Do you think we have created some new habits? I, for one, no longer have trouble drinking water; it has become such a part of the daily routine. I am also wearing a pair of jeans I haven't worn for a couple of years. Of course, they are outdated and shouldn't be worn in public, but it still feels like great progress in this short amount of time. So how about posting what is changing for you? Also, send me your Week 6 points. (Opps, this looks like Shelley posted this because she was previously logged on to my computer, but send your points to Shar.)

I too am in a slightly less large pair of jeans (also more than 2 years out of date) but happy to be heading the right direction. Sweets are not as hard as they were at first. Exercise is still the hardest change for me, but at least a little less exhausting.

Getting enough fruits and veggies has been the biggest thing for me, I now have very little trouble getting my daily amount. I am still a little slow with the exercise but that is to be expected.

Strange...all my jeans are busting at the seams!!! Pardon the pregnancy joke!! I think that it has gotten a lot easier to do the water and veggies. I still have to make exercise a part of my daily life. When I am used to this time change, I am going to try to wake up early and get in some sort of exercise. Hopefully soon.
