Sadly on this Memorial Day I am wondering if our blog has passed on? Is it time to communicate exclusively by email? No comments, no postings? The founding mothers have talked and we want to clarify points for you. We feel happy to award points for your excellent efforts so... If you have done the exercise, count the points. Dave and Mike, you can count your hard work points too. Shar said she would be happy to add points that you did not count or did not know you could count to your past scores if you will e-mail them to her.

Feeling pretty good!!

I don't know about any of you, but this contest has been great for me!! I am far from perfect, but at least I count how many fruits and veggies I eat and how much water I am drinking. I am also trying really hard to go to bed at a decent time. I have never done any of these things in my life.

P.S. I have always secretly wanted to be a Williamson...now I am joining their ranks by having another girl! Oh, the estrogen!

Anyone up for meeting to exercise?

I think I need a workout partner so that I can get my toning/weights in. I try to stretch/do situps and pushups when I can after runs, and I do have running pardners (we took 2 weeks off so I could help my knee out), but I think I really need to do some strength workouts. (I just got self-conscious, thinking about the twig-arms comments that Mark used to make to me.....but he's not doing this, so, I should be safe.) Anyway, old twig-arms wants to lift and tone. My score reeks. I need points!!! Is anyone interested? (Anyone in my neck of the woods? I'm thinking like videos will be fine. After my kids are in bed.....around 8:30?) Shelley

Week Three Update/Clarification?

These are the updated results with the MacDuff's added. Also Marsha pointed out that the strength/toning/stretching points are not limited to 1 point per day on the rule sheet. So what do you all think? Should we limit that to a point per day or a certain number of points per week? I just assumed I had listed 1 point per day out to the side because one of the original contests that we got this from had done that. I am open to any suggestions?
